Men charged with multiple offences – Milton Keynes and Northampton

Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police and Northamptonshire Police, two men have been charged with a number of offences in Milton Keynes and Northampton.


Shahime Finch, aged 25, of Linden Road, Reading, was charged with four counts of robbery on Saturday 8 February, after being arrested on 7 February.


Muhammad Manir, aged 26, also of Linden Road, Reading, was charged on Thursday (13/2) with four counts of robbery, one count of intentional strangulation, two counts of attempted sexual assault by penetration and two counts of sexual assault by touching.


He was arrested on 12 February.


The charges are in connection with incidents that took place in Oldbrook, Milton Keynes, on 18 January, and St Edmunds Road, Northampton, on the same day.


Finch appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on 8 February and Manir appeared at the same court on Thursday (13/2).


They were remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on 10 March.
