Tesco's Charitable Initiative Fuels Youth Empowerment in Buckinghamshire

Leading supermarket Tesco has generously donated funding for Action4Youth mentoring programmes for young people in Amersham, Buckingham, Gerrards Cross, and Princes Risborough.

The funding is a part of Tesco's ongoing commitment to support local communities and give young people more access to vital support.

The funding will be channelled into established mentoring programmes, ensuring m personalised guidance, educational support, and mentorship opportunities. By strengthening these initiatives, Tesco aims to create a positive ripple effect, enriching the lives of the young population in these Buckinghamshire communities.

Mentor Philmore said, "We believe in the potential of every young person and understand the importance of providing them with the necessary support and guidance to navigate life's challenges."

Every young person deserves the best possible start in life, and when there is a lack of focus or direction it becomes difficult to achieve real potential. Mentoring can deliver crucial support, encouragement, and guidance to young people needing that extra help. Young people receive direct interaction with a mentor on a 1:1 basis helping them to stay on track and begin to fulfil their potential.
